Will I get access to both the courses at once?
Yes, you'll have access to all both courses instantly. Within the courses, you aren't required to complete one section before moving to the next. However, I strongly recommend that you follow the sequence set out in the course because it has been designed in a logical order to help you learn faster.
Do I need previous fingerpicking/guitar experience?
Yes. Ideally you've got the basics of fingerpicking (such as having finished the Complete Guide to Fingerstyle Guitar: Beginner course or Grade 2/3 in the Six String Fingerpicking Method). As a rough guide, you would be able to comfortably play level 2 and 3 songs from the Song Library.
How do I create an account?

Are the courses downloadable/viewable offline?
No, you cannot download the courses (i.e. video lessons) but you can download a PDF of the course materials so you can work on that away from the computer.
What do I need to complete the course?
You simply need internet access and a guitar. The courses are not downloadable so you will need an internet connection good enough for streaming. All course materials are included as a downloadable PDF so you can work on these away from the computer if you choose.
What guitar do I need?
The courses are designed for a steel strung acoustic guitar but everything contained in the courses could be learnt on a nylon strung classical guitar if this is all you have available. The same applies to an electric guitar.
How much should I practise?
The more you can practise, the better. However, everyone has other demands on their time so it's best to be realistic with how much practice you can do. As an absolute minimum, we would recommend at least four 30-minute practice sessions in a week. It's always better to have this spread out across the week rather than in one two-hour block on the weekend to maximise your progress.

Do I need to be able to read music?
No. Course materials and on-screen written music is both in standard notation and guitar tab. I talk you through everything in the video lessons so you don't need to be able to read either.
What if the bundle content changes in future?

Do the courses include tabs for the popular songs you teach?
No, purchasing The Complete Guide to Fingerstyle Blues does not include access to popular song tabs due to copyright. This is also why the song lessons do not include free tabs but there are links on the song lesson pages so you can buy the tabs separately, which ensures that the royalties are paid to the rights holders.
